When you book onto any of our classes or workshops you agree to our terms and conditions.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions brought into class.
We will never pass on your details on to any third parties.
Fees must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed when booking to guarantee your place(s). Please note fees are non-refundable but may be moved to an alternative class, term or workshop at our discretion.
If your child misses a session we are unable to offer a refund or add this session on to your next termly booking. We are happy to offer a make-up session in another class at a different time or location.

For our Theatre Minis and Theatre School class, we offer all new students one free trial session (bookable in advance) in the time and location of your choice as long as that class is not already at capacity. If your top choice is full, you will have the opportunity to try another class or join our waiting list.
A registration form must be filled in and completed prior to your child(ren) taking part in the workshop. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical or allergy information relating to your child.
In the event of a national lockdown classes will be transferred online via a suitable platform, i.e. Zoom.
Make-up classes, pauses and transfer of classes are agreed completely at our discretion and may not always be possible.
If, after the free trial, you accept a place for your child but then wish to cancel, a fee will apply due to us reserving that space for your child.
Theatre Minis & Theatre School Cancellation Policy
Fees are paid in advance for each term (e.g., September to December). If your child will not be continuing with us for the following term, we require half a term’s notice. This notice is important to account for materials and planning, fulfil our contracts with teachers and venues, and advertise and fill any open spots for the upcoming term. At the half-term mark, we will remind you of the deadline to notify us if your child will NOT be returning. If we do not receive notice by this deadline, your child will be automatically enrolled in the next term, and you will be invoiced accordingly. If you inform us after the deadline that your child will not be returning, you will be charged half of the term’s fees. We are unable to make any exceptions to these terms and appreciate your understanding.

Children must not be left unattended at any time during the class and remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
We are unable to offer refunds on booked sessions, however we are happy to offer a catch up class or alternative session where appropriate.
